Immingham East has the capability to handle materials that include pressurized chemical gases, liquid petroleum gases, low-flash-point, low-boiling-point solvents and feedstock chemicals and high-flash-point distillates.
The range of products stored include: acids, alkalis, crude to refined petroleum, bulk commodity chemicals, small volume high purity pharmaceutical and foodstuff chemicals, vegetable oils and refinery feed stock.
A comprehensive, semi-automated drum filling facility is available. It routinely handles a wide variety of low flash point solvent products, including Alcohols, Ketones, Aliphatic Hydrocarbons and Acetates.
Specialized storage solutions on offer include nitrogen-blanketed and steam-heated stainless steel, carbon steel and lined tanks.
All stock control is managed by using TASCS, Simon Storage’s own computer-based system. Customers can have direct access to their own management information concerning product movement into and out of the site. |
